GPU - Graphical Processing Unit
Thanks to their highly parallelised architecture, GPUs accelerate in particular simulations or analyses of very large data volumes, such as those that occur in the processing of geodata or in deep learning applications. CODE-DE therefore offers state-of-the-art GPUs as a possible virtual processing environment.
Available Source Images
We offer a range of pre-configured virtual machine (VM) images optimized for GPU usage and tailored specifically for AI and machine learning applications. Our available images include popular distributions such as CentOS and Ubuntu, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of workflows and development environments. The Ubuntu nvidia AI images (Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 NVIDIA AI) additionally include a conda env that comes with Tensorflow and R.
